Our Projects

Bay Market Kitchen was born from the desire to offer real food and authentic flavors that characterize the Sunset Park neighborhood of Brooklyn. Located inside a post industrial building on the waterfront of Sunset Park we created and operated Bay Market Kitchen, Market Coffee, and Market Ice Cream offering a wide selection of locally brewed beer, burgers, onion rings, local ice cream and fair trade coffee. 

Operating from our Centrally Located commissary in Long Island City. As the principals we developed a program by which to manufacture and deliver to 3rd party re-sellers. Out of our many clients, OTG was the largest where as we supplied them with a wide variety of prepared and packaged items delivered to Laguardia, JFK, Newark and Philadelphia Airports. 

We created 12+ brands Operating as a Delivery Only business from large-scale commercial kitchens in Mid-Town NYC, Brooklyn, Wall Street and Chicago.  Our portfolio offered consumers various culinary options with all the food made to order, packaged and delivered. Grub Hub took such a liking they became a 2nd round investor and ultimately acquired the business.

Capitalizing on our many years of experience and success, we once again partnered with Bed Bath & Beyond for another store within a store located in Kips Bay Manhattan. Blue Radish Group developed and curated the food and beverage offerings, handled the interior design, branding and coordinated the build-out. We fully operated the space. Offerings included artisan pastries, hand crafted sandwiches, coffee and coffee related merchandise.

Café Beyond was our first ever store within a store partnership. Blue Radish Group developed and curated the food and beverage offerings, handled the interior design, branding and coordinated the build-out. We fully operated the space for 20 years. Not only did Café Beyond become the place where locals came for breakfast and lunch, but it exceeded all expectations of being the re-fueling station for shoppers for the major retailers in the building. 

For more than 15 years the partnership with Equinox Fitness has proven that an in house healthy eatery & juice bar is a necessity in giving the fitness clientele an elevated experience. As the principals of City Chow, we negotiated the licensing partnership, designed the project, curated the food and beverage and fully operated the locations.

A stand alone fast casual eatery located in the heart of midtown manhattan just off the corner of NYC’s famed 5th Avenue and 52nd Street. Located at the base of NY’s famous 666 5th Avenue skyscraper and surrounded by such famous landmarks such as MOMA, St Patrick’s Cathedral & The 21 Club. As the principals of the space, we selected the site, negotiated the lease, designed the project, curated food & fully operated the location.
